The Opportunity 

We are growing and are delighted to say we are looking for an experienced Business Developer from a SaaS or Digital background to join our business team. NTProAds is looking for a Business Developer to join the Emerging MENA team covering Egypt, and to become an integral part of our MENA direct sales organization. This person will be required to drive and execute strategic direct sales plans with key advertisers.

Role Discription

We are looking for a self-managed and results oriented Business Developer s/he will sell programmatic ad campaigns direct to our potential advertisers. Focus for this role will be on driving advertising revenue across NT’s managed service platform including our display ads, search ads, social ads, native ads, retargeting ads and video ads.

The BD will be responsible for making outbound client meetings, tracking, reporting weekly activity, following up on leads, maintaining a customer relations database and identifying additional opportunities. The BD will be expected to meet monthly revenue objectives.

Responsipilities

  • Own your entire sales process, from lead generation and value creation to negotiation and execution of closing strategies;
  • Locate and contact potential clients to offer programmatic advertising campaigns;
  • Your potential advertisers should be from the hospitality, travel, entertainment, startups, healthcare, real estate, e-commerce and other industries
  • Work with advertisers to run digital ad campaigns for their digital growth using NT managed service platform;
  • Explain to clients how specific types of programmatic ad will help promote their brands, products, services, initiatives, events in the most effective way possible;
  • Understand client needs, objectives and help the client preparing the media brief and Ad KPIs;
  • Work closely with the regional manager to provide advertisers with estimates of the costs of advertising campaigns;
  • Liaise closely with the regional manager to ensure you are continuously developing;

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Business Admin, Marketing, Mass Communication, etc…)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or SaaS;
  • Goal-oriented – you’ll have quotas to meet and should love to beat them;
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
  • Excellent presentation skills to showcase the NTProAds platform and media plans
  • Has a profound knowledge of the sales cycle, from lead generation, qualification, pipeline, opportunity management, to closing;
  • Have experience managing opportunities and workflow using Hubspot CRM;
  • Proven track record of development new channels of business, consistently achieving targets and objectives;
